好课不断，教研不停！

三月，大地回春。在防疫停课的这段日子里，海达的外籍教师们一手抓线上教学，一手抓自我提升。近日，外籍教师们踊跃报名，参加了海达教学管理部组织的线上培训，为即将全面复课的线下教学做好充分的专业知识储备和教学技能升级！

线上培训，尽心准备

海达资深的培训师精心地为外籍教师们准备了线上教学培训的课件，通过在图文PPT里配上讲解的音频，传授新的教学理念，为教师们的日常教学打开新思路。

教学理念，深入浅出

本次海达线上教研的主题围绕“角色扮演及相关教学技巧”展开。

本次培训重点探讨了角色扮演作为一种戏剧活动在ESL教学中的重要性。培训师展示了一系列角色扮演的活动和一些角色扮演场景的例子，并引导老师将戏剧元素、哑剧、木偶戏等融入其中，以创造出更多形式灵活、内容丰富的活动。

我们希望本次培训中新的教学理念将帮助我们的ESL教师更有创造性，让他们能够借助更多的教学工具来提高小学生在课堂上的参与度和积极性。

外籍教师反馈

'I carefully watched the first presentation "Role play and related techniques" this term. I hope it is not going to be the last one. Olena as the author is efficient in compiling useful and practical ideas for everyday teacher's. When you think for a while about the topic, it seems obvious how important to attract students' attention to the topic and how favourable and beneficial the usage of masks, puppets, real objects can be, especially for young learners. The presentation reminds us about principles and approaches in the frame work of ESL teaching. Although we can not meet each other now, even PPTs sent in the group will help us keep ourselves ready for teacher's job any moment. Thanks again for keeping us tuned. '
